I’ve been battling a slight left groin/hip flexor issue since last week now. (I speak as if it’s been a long time lol). Today my rehab/P.T. pre training was a little different and it seemed to work. Positive thing is the trainer does not seem to think it is muscle tightness as my range of motion is “great” he says. We did some GK work for a warm up, a lot of what we do has been technical so far – namely hands and feet. Our assistant coach, Mark Litton, works with us and does a great job dissecting the goalkeeping game for us. After the warm up we played 9v9 on a little bit of a condensed field. My distribution wasn’t great but it was better than yesterday.
