The year 2017 has come and wow, did 2016 ever fly by. I feel like I catch myself saying that every year. So I took some time to reflect. I firmly believe in something that one of my favorite coaches Jim Valvano said “There’s three things that we should do every day: number one is laugh, everyone should laugh; number two think, spend some time in thought, and number three is to have your emotions move you to tears, cry. If you do those three things every day, you’ve lived a heck of a day.” So my new year’s resolution (Because that’s a thing, right?)? Simple, be the best version of me every day.
